Tour Program
DAY 1
Depart Helsinki
Arrive Oulu – the Capital of Northern Scandinavia, Pick-up from Airport / Transfer to Railways Station, Lunch at local restaurant (own account), Depart Oulu, Arrive Kemi / Transfer to Hotel, Check-in at Hotel, Tour of the Snow Castle, Castle Exhibition and Gemstone gallery, Dinner at Snow Castle restaurant (2 course meal), Safari/ Aurora Borealis hunting into the Open frozen sea, Back to Hotel/ Overnite (Option at a snow hotel.)
DAY 2
Snowmobile- Icebreaker Safari with a coffee break pit stop and a short ride in a reindeer sleigh. Lunch on board the Icebreaker and experience floating and swimming in the ice, dressed in inflatable thermal survival suits. (Must be 145cm tall), Back to Hotel, Dinner at local restaurant (own account), Overnite
DAY 3
Depart Kemi via VR Pikajunna 711, Arrive Rovaniemi, Proceed to Santa Claus Village/ Visit Santa Claus/ Find the Arctic Circle marker/ Send Postcards from the Arctic Post Office/ Souvenir shopping, Lunch at restaurant inside village (own account). Free time for Optional Activities: Husky Safari, Snow drifting via Ferrari or Tesla, Skiing, etc.., Depart Rovaniemi via Santa Claus Express

Arrive Helsinki.

HIGHLIGHTS:
- Visit one of the world’s greatest ice works, the Snow Hotel
- Dine in the Ice restaurant using iced glass for your drinks. – better eat your meal while its warm!
- Embarked on an epic experience riding in a commercial Ice breaker – The Sampo. Feel the 1 meter thick ice crushed as it is plowed by the ships solid metal bow. Cap the experience by swimming in frozen ice using an inflatable thermal survival suit.
- Experience the speed and power of the snowmobile as you drive and cruise on top of the frozen Gulf of Bothnia. Feel the spirit of the arctic freedom!
- Have a taste of how it is being Santa’s driver as you rode on one of his reindeer-pulled sleigh. If you are a good reindeer driver, the elves might just give you a Reindeer driving Certificate you can bring home and show your friends.
- Visit Santa Claus Village along the Arctic Circle and meet Father Christmas himself. Shake his hands, hug him tight, and promise to be good this Christmas. You can even have a souvenir photo with him! Unfortunately, he doesn’t like selfies!
THIS PROGRAM OFFERS YOU OPTIONS TO:
- Sleep in a subzero hotel room with floors, walls and ceilings molded out of snow and a bed carved out of ice. You wear nothing but your inner layer and warm wool blanket with a special thermo sleeping bag.
- Pursue your own interests like Husky Safaris, Ice fishings, Skiing, Snowdriving etc. (Optional tours)
